Do you provide insurance for cargo?
Marine cargo insurance is included in CIF shipments. For FOB/DAP, we can arrange insurance at competitive rates (typically 0.5-1% of cargo value).
What happens if there's a delay at customs?
We proactively communicate with customs officers and resolve queries immediately. Most delays are due to missing documents — which we prepare thoroughly in advance.
Can you deliver to remote locations?
