1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our import services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Yuvinsaai Private Limited provides import facilitation services including but not limited to:

• Global sourcing and supplier identification
• International shipping arrangement (sea/air freight)
• Customs clearance and documentation
• Warehousing and pan-India distribution

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product specifications and import requirements
• Ensure you have necessary licenses (IEC, GST, product-specific permits)
• Make timely payments as per agreed invoices
• Comply with all Indian import laws and regulations
• Verify product quality upon delivery and report issues within 7 days

4. Quotations and Pricing

• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue
• Final prices may vary based on exchange rate fluctuations, shipping costs, or duty changes
• All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Advance payment of 30-50% is typically required to confirm orders

5. Payment Terms

• Payment to be made via bank transfer to our designated account
• Balance payment due before cargo release from our warehouse
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge
• We reserve the right to withhold shipments for non-payment

6. Delivery and Lead Times

• Lead times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control
• We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping lines, or customs authorities
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, wars) may affect delivery schedules

7. Cancellations and Returns

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun or cargo has shipped
• Cancellation fees may apply (up to 30% of order value)
• Returns are only accepted for defective products reported within 7 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are borne by the client unless the defect is verified as supplier fault

8. Limitation of Liability

Yuvinsaai Private Limited is not liable for:

• Product defects or non-conformity (our role is facilitation, not manufacturing)
• Customs duty increases or regulatory changes post-quotation
• Losses due to client's failure to obtain necessary import licenses
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees paid by the client for that specific transaction.

9. Insurance

Marine cargo insurance is included in CIF shipments. For other Incoterms, insurance is optional and recommended. Claims must be filed within 15 days of cargo arrival.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, images) is the property of Yuvinsaai Private Limited and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your business information, product specifications, and pricing details. We will not disclose this information to competitors or third parties without your consent.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Chennai as the seat of arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
